Hi, my name is Brendan Alexander, Director of Loss Prevention with Best Buy Canada.  I’m also the Chair of the 2010 Retail Loss Prevention Conference and have had the pleasure of working with this year’s planning committee to create an agenda that focuses on education, networking, innovation, and growth & development.

With this year’s conference theme being “Navigating Change, Inspiring Growth”, it’s important for retailers to understand how the retail industry is constantly changing, the impact those changes have on loss prevention, and how we can continue to grow by taking an innovative and forward-thinking approach.
